କାର୍ତିକ ମାସରେ ଏମିତି ନିରାମିଷ chicken କରନ୍ତୁ | ସୋୟାବିନ ଆଳୁ ତରକାରୀ ବୁଟ ବୋଇତାଳୁ ଡାଲମା | ଗରିବ ଲୋକ USAରେ?

In this video I shared କାର୍ତିକ ମାସରେ ଏମିତି ନିରାମିଷ chicken କରନ୍ତୁ and recipes of ସୋୟାବିନ ଆଳୁ ତରକାରୀ ଆଣ୍ଡ ବୁଟ ବୋଇତାଳୁ ଡାଲମା ତାପରେ ଦେଖେଇଛ ଗରିବ ଲୋକ USAରେ କେମିତି ରୁହନ୍ତି 
From the beginning of my vlog I shared few lines from Tulsi Gabbard who is running a president candidacy of USA 2020.She is democratic and of 39 age.Then I shared a beautiful cute performance of my friend's son and this was from my last blog of Diwali.
Now let's prepare our soyabean curry first.To start it i first soaked soyabean chunks in boiled water for 10 mins then i drained the water and fried them in a pan for 2-3 mins with salt then keep them aside.Now we will prepare masala for it.To do that in a pan I took 2tbsps of mustard oil, then let it be hot enough so that when i put onions in to it, it gets a crackling sound then fry that onions till it gets brown, fry it nicely, the more you fry the more tasty it gets.Here i have taken a half of onion, it's a big onion so i took half of it.After onions get sautéed i added 2tbsps of ginger-garlic paste in to it fried them little bit and added one big tomatoe to it and let it covered.With the moisture that comes from tomato the masala will gets done, stir it in between,.To make the curry faster I put potatoes in to the masala so that i don't have to fry it separately, it gets cooked from the moisture of tomatoes and gets soft and tender until our masala gets ready here i put curry powder little bit.cover it and let it simmer.When the oil gets separate from the masala that's when the masala is done and you'll get a nice aroma from the masala.Meanwhile i will prepare buta dalma.To do it i washed buta dali(chana daal)and cut some pumkin chunks, potatoes and a tomato i put them all in my instant pot and i added turmeric n salt to it.Let it sit for 20 mins in pressure cook mode here i set the pressure level at low pressure from high pressure.now our soyabean masala is ready so we will add fried soyabean chunks to it and will fry them with masala for 2-3 mins and then add 2 glasses of water in to it and cover it after 5 mins soyabean curry is done.Meanwhile i prepared batter for chakuli pitha, i already soaked urad daal n rice before for 6-8hrs.In dinner we will have chakuli pitha and buta dalma, that's a perfect combination. What you eat in the month of karthik let me know in the comment box.So let's now prepare the masala.It's  the same procedure as i mentioned above here for soyabean curry masala.but here i added meat masala instead of curry masala.After the masala gets ready we will add the boiled daal n veggies in to it, let it sit there for 5 mins then our dalma is ready.Now that i am done with my cookingwe will go for grocery and it's raining today too like last time.Here we stopped our car because my husband saw a poor person begger kind of person standing in this freezing temperature and asking people to help him.so he gave money to that person and that person thanked us.In usa people who were poor they don't ask money directly without doing anything, they work hard to get pay, they show their talent.
