My Whole Day Routine | 5ମିନିଟରେ ଇଡ଼ଲି | Fall color nature's beauty
Friends I shared my whole day routine, ଆପଣ 5ମିନିଟରେ ଇଡ଼ଲି କେମିତି କରନ୍ତି and fall color nature's beauty.So my day starts with a healthy heavy yummy breakfast, to do that i prepared besan chilla.To do that i am using chana daal, 1 inch ginger, 1 dry red chilli, 5-7 cashews, 1 -2 inch coconut piece, cumin seeds then put them all in a blender to get a nice paste.Then i washed and drained spinach and added to the daal paste, added salt then in a hot pan i put them as a pan cake, then wait for 3-4 mins one side will be done then flip the side.then after 3-4 mins the other side will be done.You can have it with curd or achaar.After husband start heading to office, we all friends go for a light walk as morning sun rays are very important it's full of vitamin D.Here I am showing you all fall color that's inside our apartment, beautiful fall color for only this scene people travel so much but it's available in my apartment so sharing this awesome fall secenary with you all.Then we return home and I put isha in bath tub, she plays with water that time only i take my shower too to manage my time.Then we both go for morning puja.After that I prepared lunch, so today's lunch menu is Roti & cauliflower potatoes gravy.This gravy i will prepare out of ginger cumin cashews green chilli coconut and tomatoes paste.This recipe is as tasty as the curry that's prepare with onion ginger garlic paste.Since it's thursday so i prepare only ginger masala.Then we will fry the cauliflower pieces till it turns golden.Then put oil in to hot pan, add panch phuran to it let it crackles then we will add ginger masala to it, since i put cashews n coconut the gravy will be very creamy.By the time masala is getting cooked properly i will just cover it and added cut pieces of potatoes to get cooked n soft in that moistures i will prepare Roti for isha.Then i feed isha her lunch.Since it's bad weather these days we aren't playing badminton in apartment.But isha doesn't understand bad weather, she tries come out of home irrespective of weather, so i brought her to our garage where she can play little bit so that she will be havibg the feel of going outside.After that isha takes 3pm to 5pm afternoon nap, during that time i get time to edit my videos, because when she's awake she doesn't let me sit infront of laptop, she starts typing in laptop, throws it, plays with mouse, since it's Mac laptop she finds its mouse so cute so she plays a lot with it.Then for our evening snacks i soaked kala chana, i forgot to soak it overnight so what i did is i just put all kala chana to hot water so within 1 hour its get to soaked instead of 8hrs, very quick right? Since it's a rainy winter day i made spinach pakoda out of that spinach daal batter as our evening snacks.Then i prepared idly sambar for our dinner.Sambar recipe i will share some other time as this will be very lengthy vlog today.Today i will show you how you can do idli in just 5 mins.For that we need Instant Pot.After i put all the batter in to idli holder i put 1 cup of water in to instant pot, put idli holder, close the lid, close the vent option, put the steam mode on with pressure level Low and put it for 5 mins, idli done.After that we came to library for isha's story time.Here you can find hindi books in usa library.we will have our dinner.
